Shipping & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by from the time of your initial order receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No returns will be accepted for socks or other intimately worn items.
Additional non-refundable items include gift cards.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Item Inspection(if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your purchased item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchanged item(s) will be processed, and your new item(s) will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing merchandise (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a new shipment yet, first check your tracking number via the appropriate postal service.
If your order says delivered, but you still have not received your shipment, please notify us at immediately at
Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. An additional 3-5 business days should be considered for domestic shipping. International shipping could take up to 10 business day.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
